Activating Simplesafe from App or Web

I'm trying to activate my simplisafe using the APP or the internet portal but seconds I click the bottom for Home or Away, it turns off again...

Do you know how to fix this? What am I doing wrong?

@Karl_Ell, first, please confirm you have the necessary 24.99 Total Command interactive plan. You need it to use the app.

@karl_ell  I support the capatin 11 answers .Firstly you have to buy a plan of ss safe. Then you use the apps and yours phone didn't turn offs. So you can easily use the apps.
