2-factor Authentication

It appears this has finally been implemented. But, it was done automatically. There is no place I can find to turn it off. Or to change the mail address it goes to. Or to change it to a cell phone number.

What is going on?

Hi @selland,

For the security of all of our customers' accounts, we have enacted limited 2-factor authentication using the email address associated with the SimpliSafe account. While we are currently working on more full-fledged multi-factor authentication which will have greater flexibility for our users.

Sure.... That's simplinotsafe for you!  Implement something that doesn't work 100% then fix it later (months and months later).
