Hi @jcornellj ,
I'm not quite sure what you mean about the first piece. But our engineering team is constantly at work on improving our whole lineup. For example, we recently launched the Motion Sensor Gen 2, with a focus on accuracy to reduce false alarms (especially from pets!).
We do have an active request for a Freezer Sensor, which you can find here. Though I will say that there are key challenges to developing this type of sensor that make it difficult to engineer - like wireless communicating naturally having trouble passing through metal, and having to account for a wide variety of different freezer models. That, and it's a little further away from our main focus of home security. So just to set expectation, if it does happen, it wouldn't happen for a while.
