Base Unit Voice

Has anyone else had an issue where the base unit voice cuts off before completing its phrases? Ours just started doing this. There are no system errors reported and all of our devices appear to be working correctly. This is a puzzling thing that I thought I'd toss out there and see how others might have solved it if it has happened to them.

Hi @ladytamara2000, 

We did have a known issue regarding the Base Station's voice prompts getting cut off, but it has since been resolved with the Base Station's 2.14 firmware update. I would update your Base Station's firmware to fix this.

@ladytamara2000​ This article in our Help Center provides a step-by-step guide to updating your Base Station's firmware. Please note that your Base Station must be connected to Wi-Fi in order to initiate a firmware update.
