When an Entry Sensor opens or your SimpliSafe system is set to “disabled”, the Base Station emits a chime. There are four volume settings you can set your Base Station’s Entry Sensor chime to: Off, Low, Medium, and High, and by default it is set to Medium. To change the volume of the Entry Sensor chime, take the following steps.

In The SimpliSafe Mobile App:

1. Tap the ☰ icon in the top left corner of the screen

2. Under "My System" tap "General Settings"

3. Scroll to "Entry Sensor Chime" and toggle to your desired setting

On Your Keypad:

1. Click the Menu button on the bottom left corner

2. Scroll down to "System Settings" and select "Chime Volume"

3. Select your desired volume
