SimpliSafe integrates with a number of smart home devices . Integrations require Fast Protect™ plan (formerly Interactive Monitoring) or the Self-Monitoring with Camera Recording plan. Unfortunately, SimpliSafe does not integrate with Apple Home Kit at this time, but we are always working on ways to offer more and improved features to our customers.

SimpliSafe also works on Mesh Wi-Fi networks as long as 2.4ghz is enabled, but is not compatible with Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) as the extra channels DFS allows are 5G and therefore not usable by the Base Station.

Amazon's Alexa

You can use Alexa to arm your system. Keep in mind that it only allows you to arm your system.  For your protection, you cannot disarm through Alexa by voice command.

Google Home

You can use Google Home (via the Google Assistant) to arm your SimpliSafe system.  Keep in mind that it only allows you to arm your system.  For your protection, you cannot disarm through Google Assistant by voice command.

"Hey Google, turn on the security system" and the Google Assistant will respond intelligently, asking which mode you want to set.
"Hey Google, arm SimpliSafe to Home"

August Locks

August Locks are Smart Locks that can be controlled via a smart phone or through other devices like our system.  Integrating with our system will allow us to automatically lock or unlock the August Lock when you arm or disarm your SimpliSafe system. 

We also sell our own lock called the SimpliSafe® Smart Lock .
