Thank you Tech Support

Yes, sometimes getting support on the phone is very difficult and frustrating. Long hold times and disconnects.  Then there have been some undesirable support people, who are either undertrained or don't really care.  But once you get someone who is trained and customer support orientated, they hang in with you and get the job done.  Thank you to the support people who recently got me through my system problems; I think 4-5 people; Peter, Kevin, and Jimmy are the only names I can remember; sorry if I missed some of you by name.  And thank you all for going above and beyond what I expected.
