Support stopped responding!!

I was dealing with advanced support person for a couple of months now and all of a sudden, I get no response from them. Emailed 3 times and still no reply. I called support to try to find out what is going on only for them to tell me that I will have an advanced support person call me back Monday of this week. Guess what, no call. I'm hoping that one of the support people on here can get some answers for me. This is looking very bad for SimpliSafe and their support group. If you can't fix the problems with your system, just say so and give me my money back, don't just ignore me and not respond to my communications. As of now I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting.

Thats fine but he could have emailed me back to let me know instead of leaving me guessing.  I was supposed to get a call back Monday but that never happened either. All I want is a working system or my money back so I can buy a system that does what it's supposed to. This system has never worked correctly since I bought it last year so I hope you can see my frustration with SimpliSafe. If I buy a tv I expect it to work, same goes with a security system. Except when a security system doesn't work you can lose an awful lot more than just not being able to watch tv shows.
