Support stopped responding!!
I was dealing with advanced support person for a couple of months now and all of a sudden, I get no response from them. Emailed 3 times and still no reply. I called support to try to find out what is going on only for them to tell me that I will have an advanced support person call me back Monday of this week. Guess what, no call. I'm hoping that one of the support people on here can get some answers for me. This is looking very bad for SimpliSafe and their support group. If you can't fix the problems with your system, just say so and give me my money back, don't just ignore me and not respond to my communications. As of now I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting.
