Spotty camera reception

how do you charge this much for cameras and yet they lag, lose signal, and can’t record anything? I literally have no video from a neighbor dropping a Halloween gift on my front door. I have a camera pointed at my driveway covering my yard and a door bell camera and all the cameras are blank. How can this be called a good security system if you can’t even record? at this point it’s just for show. Y’all want almost 200 for an outdoor camera when I have $30 cameras that are more reliable. This is terrible might as well switch to adt

Thank you very much for your feedback. Our engineering team is listening, and continues work to improve performance and address all of the concerns you mentioned here. Outdoor Camera Firmware 1.9 is currently rolling out, and there will be more on the way soon.
