Smart Lock Design Flaw is a Huge Safety Concern

I have three smart locks and in less than a month two of them have failed. The plastic piece that connects the smart lock to the deadbolt has broken on both of them. If there is any resistance with the deadbolt inserting into the door frame, the plastic connector cracks. This is a security concern because the lock appears to be locked and the system sees it as locked, however the deadbolt is not engaged into the door frame. These smart locks come with four different connectors to accommodate different brands of deadbolts, but the manufacturer need to design a more robust connector that doesn't crack so easily.
