Service today about a door lock that stopped working.

Today I sat on the phone around 6:35pm with service for 33 minutes while they pretended to fix my door lock.  Most of the time it was in total silence as the man would come back twice saying he is still working on it.  After 33 minutes of this he said OK you are all set and in 15 minutes it will work fine.  IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!!  SimpliSafe I don't understand how you have dumped us like this!!!
