Requested Items - Losing a Customer Over
Two requested items that honestly, the current lack of, is why I will be canceling my service in a couple of months:
1. Sensor chimes that use voice, rather than sound. I.e when the garage door is opened and the door sensor is tripped, the base station will say “Back Door” when the system is unarmed.
2. Garage control integration. Need to incorporate a section on the home screen where it shows if the garage door is open or closed, as well has give you control (through the Simplisafe app) to open or close the garage door.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and these requests with the community. Our development team is looking into the ability to have the Base Station sound which sensor was triggered, and when we have an update we'll be sure to share it with the community here.
We have seen a few requests for garage door integration as well, and I can certainly pass along your interest regarding it to the team.
