Poor customer service

Has anyone else experienced poor customer service.  I get no responses to my emails and when a few items were not working correctly on a brand new system they told me to go buy replacement parts (batteries and command strips).

Please let me know I'm beginning to regret getting this system and am thinking of ditching it an buying Ring or something else.

Thoughts?

Um, there are approximately 572 similar posts, so I'm going to say "yes" other people have experienced poor customer service.

Imagine what this company would be if they had good customer service, though.  The product is good, but it sucks when you have problems and have to try and get in touch with them.  Simplisafe would dominate in every category!

Yeah, they really need to get a handle on it.  Probably the best customer service I've had is Amazon.  Their chat feature is quick and always gets me what I need.  With them selling alarms now as well, SS should be paying attention to that.

Yup.  You know when you have a problem with something on Amazon, they will take care of it quickly and to your satisfaction.
