Nothing works as claimed

This whole system was the biggest waste of money.  My outdoors camera never detects at night when I need it the most. And almost always goes offline at night when the most crucial things are happening that I need videos of.  It doesn’t even detect people 5 ft away at night.  

also they failed to mention that the smart lock doesn’t work with kwiksets low profile deadbolt. There should be a work around by now or it should be noted in what isn’t compatible when you buy. 

after all this disappointment I didn’t even bother trying to get the doorbell camera I bought installed.  

I wish I bought a different brand at this point. It’s all useless to me.  I might as well stop my subscription and try to sell it.
