Nice job Russell

I called up because my 3 to 5 day shipping I paid for was scheduled for 14 days. I talked to Russell, for quite a while, and eventually he expedited me a new system and arranged to return the 14 day one whenever it arrived. I got it in a day or two and I'm stoked. I know the bottom of customer service sucks, I've been there, but you sure came through for me. Thanks.
