Indoor Camera Improvements
Nothing but frustration with the indoor camera. Need to do away with the need to scan a QR code for setup. Additionally, the camera needs to recognize wireless network passwords that contain special characters. To get mine set-up and connected, I had to establish a separate network SSID and a password that didn’t contain special characters since I didn’t want to change all my other 2.4Ghz devices. Bottom line: redesign the indoor camera!

I have a group on Facebook called simplisafe security and cameras owners group and for the last few weeks I have been getting this same post about the indoor cameras not scanning the qr code so I have been telling them to take a pic of the qr code and zoom it in a little or do it with a tablet and that seems to be working for them
