Flawless system

I must say that I have read so many negative reviews on here that I must report my experience with SS. I have been a customer for 2 years now and my system has worked flawlessly! My system consists of the new version SS3 - 14 entry sensors, 6 motion sensors, 4 glass break sensors, 2 keypads, 2 outdoor sirens, 3 camera's, 1 doorbell camera, 1 door lock. Some of these I have added along the way. Anytime I have ordered extra sensors, they have been promptly shipped and I have had zero issues with integrating them into the system. Communication from SS has never been an issue. Connection between the base and sensors and Wifi are never lost in my 2600 sq/ft home. I have only replaced 2 motion sensor batteries and 1 outdoor siren batteries in the 2 years we have owned the system. So there you have it, I really like my SS alarm system but I'm only speaking on my system and experience with SS.

Very nice to hear something good and congratulations as we love ours as well and is working perfectly as well and i keep adding more to it as it has become an addiction lol but yes they are awesome and so is there products. The only problem and it is at every single year during the holidays there customer service gets hammered and hopefully that will get fixed one year but all in all ss is the best that ypu can get and with video verification and everything they offer for the price. Hope you continue to have an awesome experience as well.

Good to hear, my experiences have always been the same.  I think current society has grown up with a short fuse and expects answers right now, shipments right now, fixes right now.  Anybody old enough to have a career should remember a time when a text message took a stamp and a week, things have gotten better.

BTW, back then if you took a Polaroid of your food, put the picture in an envelope, and mailed it to your friends you might be considered psychotic.  Think about it people!
