Failed to credit my card for my return

My card was charged on 2/1/19 and the shipment came in two packages.  It was not as I expected so I contacted Simplisafe multiple times before a return label was received.   I returned the complete system on Jan 28th 2020 and was told that I would receive a credit back to my card within 7 business days.  I have since sent email after email with no reply or credit.

I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Don't rely on emails, they rarely respond to them.  You should call them, and ask for a senior supervisor to address this immediately.  Then if your card isn't credited within another 5-7 business days, contact your credit card issuer and dispute the charges.
