Customer Support

I had to call to change credit card info on ONE of my Simplisafe systems.   FFS - 15 minutes on hold, no matter what option I select, and STILL waiting.    Really BAD customer service.   I wished you had as  much staff to support your product as commercials to sell your product.

Yep, exact same issue, they were very supportive until I set up, then nothing that isn't automated. This is a company with a huge sales team and no one for the phones or customer support or fixing problems. I was on hold for over 30 minutes then got someone who wanted to transfer me (put me back on hold) and I asked to talk to a supervisor. They wouldn't come to the phone. My issue still isn't handled, he says it will be on Friday, so we will see.

We're really sorry about the extreme hold times. Our Support team has been working through a huge influx of calls over the summer and we're doing everything that we can to address it.

To better and more efficiently address your concerns, we do have separate departments for sales, troubleshooting, and account service issues etc., and transferring might result in a brief hold. But again, all of us are working together to take care of you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Emails are never answered I been on hold for hours and no one ever answers.
I got an email offering 30% discount for items to add to my system and the discount would be taken at checkout. It did not happen. I am ready to return everything.

Same, I can't get and answer to any emails, a return call, and hold is ridiculous. Does anyone work there or care about the customer?

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !

Customer Service is anything but that !
My Base Station has been off line for a week, "Cannot Connect To Dispatch", after the last "Test" they preformed. I cannot get thru to anyone to fix this and have tried numerous times to reset - unplugged power, removed batteries, unplugged internal connection, all with no change,

Once they have your money they disappear, makes me regret getting this system.

I think my next move is to have my credit card company stop payment which should finally get their attention !

Appears to be time to switch to an AT&T system.
