Brand new here, my day 1 observation.

I'll keep it short and sweet. I'm pretty disappointed in this system. Although very simple to set up, all 6 of my door sensors had bad batteries right out of the box. I live 20 miles from town and had to make the 40 mile round trip to buy 2032's, that I already paid for with this brand new system. Fine, whatever it's done and they work. Go to set up the indoor camera and it's bad right out of the box, tech support tells me they have a bad batch of them and I ended up with one. In the end, I expected better and Simplisafe failed to deliver. Not a happy customer.

@kbertetto welcome to the forums. Yep, SS didn't deliver and I suggest you call, tell them so and request x month of monitoring or whatever compensation you think you are due. Customer for 8 years and they have gone out of their way to make it up to you when they screw up.

Did you actually test the batteries before replacing them?  When I got my system back in Nov, half of the sensors reported low battery.  That went away eventually on its own and hasn't been back.  I think I even remember a keypad update that fixed errant low battery warnings.
