Amanda is the greatest!

I have been having a problem with my system for the past six months. It would not connect to dispatch. The first woman sent me a new chip and I installed that. It still did not work so the second gentleman sent me a whole new system. It still did not work. I was very hesitant to call for a third time. That is why it has taken me six months to do this because I was getting frustrated. Today I called and I worked with Amanda for a while and she figured out the problem. Somehow my Bass station was connecting with my old home of four years ago. I bought a new system when I moved here and it had been working until last June.
Amanda was wonderful to work with! She had a very calm voice and was informing me of what she was doing the whole time. Thank you Amanda.
