4G Wireless Module Upgrade

I would just like to say that I find it COMPLETELY ridiculous that I am having to conduct hardware maintenance on my base station to switch out the wireless module because SimpliSafe decided to move to 4G and a new carrier. AND that If I do not make this change that I will lose the entire reason why I pay the extra premium which is for the monitoring service. Just. Ridiculous.

I was told I would get a new SIM card for this upgrade by January. It is now August and nothing. Been getting emails telling me of failed automatic tests which I keep answering per the instructions but no response. When I call Simplisafe, I get people with thick foreign accents that have no idea what I'm talking about. When I email tech support, I am told to call their tech support line and talk to these air heads in India.
