We've been a long time customer (since 2014) and have had very little problems with the system. Support has always been very helpful for these 11 past years and there has been little issues with the system. Looking forward to another 11.

Same here since April 2012. Far from perfect, SimpliSafe tries to resolve issues and make customers whole. I join you with the thanks to SimpliSafe tor keeping our families and home safe!

@way2fast59 @captain11 Well l’m a newbie compared to you both, but Simplisafe launched here in the UK in 2019, but l ended up getting my system in 2020 and coming up to 5 years now. It’s gone quick for sure.
l am a happy customer though.

April 2012 here as well, starting with the first generation system.
Unfortunately, my most recent experience does not mirror yours. I've had problems with entry sensors not triggering, and my last chat experience was unacceptable. If you would like to review I've summarized it here.
It would be a big expense, but I'm starting to think my needs might be better served by another company. In the past support was excellent. Not now.
