Question on Notifcation for temp/ water sensors

how will i be aware if home has a water leak or if temp falls below 41 degrees??   will i get a call from the simpli safe Monitoring service??

@shurwitz33 your base will alert you with a voice notification, you will get a push or sms alert if set up and a call.  No emergency dispatch of course.

@captain11​ great answer! I will just add just in case it's not clear that Alarm Texts and the professional monitoring operator phone call are available only with a Monitoring Plan - namely the $17.99 Standard and $27.99 Interactive Plans in the US.

But yes, if you answer that call, the operator will let you know about the alarm event. If you are not able to answer, they will leave a voicemail message, but will not call any local authorities.
