Gen3 Freeze sensor says alarm but temp normal

I've just upgraded my whole system to Gen3 and have a problem with multiple Temp/Freeze sensors - they all say they are in alarm at 73F.  I have them set to alarm at below 35F or above 127F. 

I have removed the sensors from the system and reinstalled them, I have removed the batteries and reinstalled them. 

They are not setting off any alarms, no text messages, nor has the monitoring center called.

I don't see a fix posted when I searched, but maybe I missed something. 

I hate it when things I paid a lot of money for don't work correctly.  My old Gen2 freeze sensors worked properly, why don't the Gen3 sensors work correctly.  If they display alarm then how can I trust the system is working?

Thanks for all the details. It does sound like the temperature sensor experienced a false alarm in this instance. The best option would be to press the test button on the top of the sensor to clear out the error within the app. After doing that, please monitor the behavior of the sensor and let me know if this happens again. I'd be happy to troubleshoot with you further or get you in touch with a specialist over the phone who can look into this with you.
