Smoke Detectors out of stock
I have been waiting over a month for three smoke detectors from my initial order. Customer service, if you don't mind waiting about an hour to get through, doesn't have a clue where they might be in the supply chain or when they might get them. Is anybody else having this issue and know what is going on?

We're really sorry about this. We're constantly getting new shipments in but we're still having trouble keeping up with the high demand. Of course, if you have units backordered, you're the first priority. We'll be getting yours out ASAP.
