Smoke Alarm and Sirens
Our bedroom is on a different floor than our children and I want to make sure that if their smoke alarms go off we are woken up immediately. I know that the smoke alarms aren't interconnected and that they will only sound if individually triggered. The website says that an alert will be sounded on the smoke alarm and base station. Does this include the sirens or is it just the literal base station?
If they are, do they go off as soon as smoke is detected or is there say a 15s delay to silence the triggered alarm?

Yes, the Extra Sirens will also signal in the event that a Smoke Detector has been triggered. As with the Base Station, there will be no delay to make sure that everybody in the home will have as much time as possible to react in the event of an emergency.
