Smartlocks not seen by the base station

This is the only consistent problem that I've had with my system.  Since getting it, it has lost sight of one motion sensor for a few hours.  I did nothing to fix it because it was the middle of the day.  After a few hours it announced that it had found the sensor.  These smartlocks though...  It loses one or more of them every single day, multiple times per day.  Many times, it will be either when I arm the system or disarm it.  When that happens, the base station will announce it.  Other times it's during the day when using the app to lock and unlock.  I get a message on the screen about the base station losing communication with the devices.  I've also received messages on the app about not being able to communicate with the base station.  It is happening with multiple locks, including one that is only 10 feet away from the base, in clear sight.  the other one is about fifteen feet away from the base, through one wall.

I have tried multiple locations for the base station and regardless of where it's placed, I get the same issues.

I'll be calling SS support this morning sometime.  In the meantime, I thought that I'd post here in case anyone else is having problems.
