I have installed as per the instruction but its not opening.

@RLmouser Suggest you try recalibration. If no luck call support to troubleshoot.

We might need a bit more info to figure out what's going on here. Are you able to physically unlock? Are you seeing any error messages on the SimpliSafe app?
