I get a msg that my Smart Lock is not Responding since the last update.

@jfricke9 When you see an error message that the Smart Lock is not responding, resetting the Smart Lock should help. The guided flow in this Help Center article provides step-by-step instructions on how to do so. However, I see that you contacted our Support team about this and they're sending a replacement your way. If you need any additional help, please let me know!
