setting up august smart lock with simplisafe medical panic alarm
Is it possible to set up august smart lock with simplisafe medical panic alarm for the door to be unlocked when the system is off and the medical panic button is pressed for EMS when they arrive?

Unfortunately, at this time, it is not possible to have your Smart Lock automatically unlock when pressing the Medical Panic button. That is, however, a great idea to help keep our customers safe, and we've forwarded it to our developers to look into it.
