outside entry pad
My outside entry pin pad is starting to fail sometimes multiple numbers will generate on one stroke or sometimes it just fails to open. The pin pad is undercover but we are in a highly humid area of Florida and in a hurricane zone. Can this pad be replaced?

@wrenched short answer is yes but depends on how long you have owned it and what monitoroing plan you are under. If you have the Total Interactive plan @ 27 and change per month, you have a lifetime guaranty, other than that 1 year. I would call SS to troubleshoot and see if they will replace it if necessary.

We do offer a lifetime warranty on our products for Interactive Subscribers, however, if you're on another plan you may be covered if you're outside that 1-year window. See this Help Center article for more info.
