lock without option to use pin for to lock the door. it is big problem in business setup

Hello, I installed system in a business include lock. The way how it works right now is that for unlocking I have to have pin. For locking I just need to press lock. I have big problem with the lock options. Anybody outside can lock the door...just for fun...a joke...curious people and employees wouldn't even know. Can you add option for lock the door use or not use pin?
