Keypad on lock will not unlock the door

I have my two smartlocks installed.  One of them seems to be about perfect.  The other one is only working halfway.  The keypad will lock the door just fine, but it doesn't unlock it.  I get a message on my phone saying it was unlocked, but it isn't.

Any ideas on this one?
