door lock malfunction

I installed the door lock with keypad.  Had not problems, but now it will not unlock the entire way - only goes part way, then stops.  Can only be completely unlocked by hand/key - NOT why I paid for this!  Did take off lock mechanism and make sure it was on tight.  Was on hold with customer support for 28 minutes, got a ring but then line cut off.

Anybody else have this issue?

Customer support has had problems with auto hangups lately.

I just installed mine last night, and it worked fine.

I wonder if your Smart Lock is allowed to go the full turn to close.    Can you take it apart, and re-install with the colored adapter set up closer to the open position?
