Not able to select Video Quality in the Android version of the app

Users of the SimpliSafe® app on Android may have noticed an issue when attempting to change the Video Quality setting on your SimpliSafe camera, where the “OK” button that allows you to select an option is not visible. This can happen if you have set the text font for your Android phone to a larger size.

As of version 6.17 of the Android app, this issue should now be RESOLVED. Upon selecting the Video Quality setting, users will be taken to a new selector page - similar to the experience already on the iOS app - with all options available.
