YARD SIGN

I can not find how to order a new yard sign. When I try to order one the computer does not indicate how to complete the order. Please advise.

You can purchase a new yard sign at this link. Just choose SS3, then scroll down to the bottom until you see Yard Signs. If you're having trouble finding them, you can also contact our support team who would be more than happy to help place an order for yard signs for you. You can reach out to them with the contact details here

@alexandria_c​ I was able to locate the place on your site to purchase another yard sign, but I'd really like to get one that has the "Monitored 24/7" indication at the top, as is shown on the SimpliSafe homepage. How can I acquire one of those? Thanks!

I ordered a yard sign+stake and the sign itself was too big for the stake. See attached photos. I chatted with Simplisafe, they arranged to send me a new sign+stake, and I have the same issue. Is this user error or has Simplisafe sent me the wrong sign size two separate times?

@jeremykraker​ if you push the top in will the bottom not bend up and push in the bottom? It does look bigger then normal but just won if it will not bend on the bottom and slide right in.

@jeremykraker​ I'm afraid that you were sent some older signs that do not fit on our updated stakes. Our internal teams have been made aware of this, and these older signs were removed from distribution. If you reach out to our Support team, they'll be able to send over the proper sign.
