update my system to GEN 3 do you still give 50% Discount for all us who want to upgrade

Hi SimpliSafe,
we have enjoyed your system since we purchased it back when you first arrived. I think it is time to upgrade I remember at one time you offered 50% new system when upgrading. is that still offered? we have your system with a lot of accessories and your $24.99 monitoring and want to add your outdoor camera and have been told we need the GEN 3 to do this? also we have the doorbell video and one inside camera can we keep them on new system and do we need to purchase everything new? Please Help

@ onestop61 its still available, just call and ask.  My friend's son just upgraded their system two weeks ago.

You will find the SS3 much better, from encryption to range for the base to sensors, and the desing.  (Keypad for SS3 vs SS2 is great, and its nice that you can update the software.

I have the same question and prefer not to call and ask as I have 50 or so devices attached and do not want to explain them all on a call to an agent.  Can we get a response from Simplisafe agent?  Happy customer for 7 years but now Gen 2 devices are not available for replacement of aging sensors and new additions so deciding what to do next.

You don't even have to be an existing customer to get the discount.  The same info is on the shop page at https://simplisafe.com/home-security-shop as well.

Thanks, I clearly saw that, however on checking out, even though I am logged in, it asks about a free month (already paying) and signing up.   And have a Happy Thanksgiving....
