I was going to order a couple of things but then I saw that you all wanted to charge me $10 for shipping. So I canceled the order. With just about every business offering free shipping, especially around this time of year, that seems like a poor policy.

Were you ordering individual components online? Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free shipping on component orders, only system orders.
