Missing Order

FedX did not deliver the package to my home. It is currently being investigated by them. I was told I need to provide a letter from your company confirming my purchase in order to file a claim. It must include your company's name in the header. Since your Chat capability is not in service, could I please receive a response on being provided this required letter from you. Please respond via my e-mail regarding order #25375298. Thank you.

So sorry to hear that you're having so much trouble. Our Live Chat team is available from 9am to 9pm Eastern, but it's possible that all our agents were busy at the time when you posted. We apologize for the inconvenience!

I was informed by FedX that your company has to implement a "Lost package procedure" in order for them to complete the claim information. Please let me know if this is being accomplished in order for me to close this issue and receive the order which should have been delivered over a week ago. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.
