Looking to upgrade

Long story short. I was looking to upgrade my system and take advantage of a black Friday deal. The person I spoke with at customer service said I couldn't get that special despite being a longtime customer.  I ultimately spoke with a supervisor who was able to honor the promotion.  The take-home lesson is that this is a pretty good company and if you talk to the right person they should do right by you.
