Just Signed Up

Hello.

I just signed up for a system with monitoring and then signed up with my e-mail address.

I can see the charge on my card immediately, but I did not receive e-mail confirmation of the order.  I also cannot see any order history or any sign of the monitoring when I log in to my account.

Has anyone else had this type of issue?

Is it easy to resolve?

I've sent an e-mail as well and will also call in when the holiday is over.

I notice now that my form user name is gherrick0918_1.  I wouldn't have expected the "_1".  Is it possible that there are somehow 2 accounts associated with my e-mail address?

gherrick0918_1,

Unfortunately, your questions will require a call to SS.  Try first thing in the morning when they open (ET) and pressing #1 for sales, hopefully someone will answer sooner.

You should have received a confirmation email with your order directly after you ordered it (check your Spam folder in your email account, just to be sure).

I believe that the majority of your account options are greyed out until your system is activated (once you set up your system, then activate it as one of the last steps in the install process), but I could be wrong, this is also another question for SS.

Don't know why you would have an appended "_1" to your email address if you did not enter it that way - this definitely demands a call to SS to inquire why the first entry was not confirmed and why the appended is now on your address.  Please don't wait on this, call as soon as possible to get things straightened out (they haven't been responding to emails).

Took a bit on hold (I expected right after a holiday), but they fixed the issue very quickly.  I'm happy enough :-)
