Clarify Panic Button Call Sequence for Medical and Fire

Hi SS,

When I look at the configuration options for the panic button on my keypads the Audible, Fire and Medical options all indicate, "You will be called before any dispatch action is taken."

When I go to https://support.simplisafe.com/articles/using-your-system/device-and-sensor-settings/634572847c2ab96af9f1dbaa#h_671b0812-7842-4593-930a-4bc3e90c69b1 however the options for Fire and Medical both suggest something different:

†Fire will request the fire department to your home when pressed. 
‡Medical will request ambulances when pressed.

Can you all please clarify which behavior is correct and, assuming the link above has incorrect info, update it please to avoid confusion? Thanks.
