Noise Level Meter

Indoor Noise Detector that Alerts User defined List of Contacts    Background:  Riverside County CA will soon mandate Short Term Rentals (think AirBnb and Verb) to install a noise meter that will be used to trigger owner or community response to shut down noisy guests.  Looking online, currently available monitors are $200-$300+ and require a $10 per month monitoring fee.  SimpliSafe should get out ahead of this new product and service demand by integrating a noise monitor with their system where high sustained noise levels (as defined by the upcoming STR ordinance) warn the owner or their agent of loud parties getting out of hand.

I found this thread for the exact same reason, concerning the neighboring county San Bernadino.  Looking for a noise detection solution through SimpliSafe.  Any help would be appreciated.
