motion sensor battery replacement
I have what appears to be a Gen 2 motion sensor, professionally installed by SimpliSafe. No bracket, but rather double-sided taped to corner walls. System notified me that the battery is low. The published instructions tell me to slide it off the bracket. No bracket. so I gently removed the sensor, but cannot open the back panel. Pls advise.

While it is still mounted to the wall @rdhayes you need to push the sensor towards the corner and slide upwards. The bracket will stay mounted to the wall and the sensor will be in your hand.
