Why can’t i find my Original SimpliSafe units on my account?

I have the Original Simplisafe system, and cant find which individual units need new batteries, etc.  In fact, my account number on the app is not my original base station designated account number.  Now what???

Hi @mskbelle ,

The Original SimpliSafe unfortunately is not as advanced as the current generation (Gen 3). While the sensors are able to report in to the Base Station, so you can see which ones are still connected, as well as which Entry Sensors are opened or closed, they're not able to report the status of their battery.

The "account number" is really the Base Station's serial number, written on the bottom of the actual unit. If that's not what is shown on your online account under Menu > Monitoring, when then we really need to update that.

I would strongly suggest giving our Support team a call at 800-548-9508, so we can look into your account and make sure everything is in order!
