Upgraded to New Base Station and Keypads

I'm an existing customer with the old system, I bought the new base station and keypads, how do I transfer my devices to the new system? Or do I need to start from scratch?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums. Unfortunately, there is no cross-compatibility between devices for the All-New SimpliSafe system and our older systems. If you would still like to upgrade to the All-New SimpliSafe system, you may want to call our Support Team to see if there's anything that we can do for you.

^ Neither SS2 components nor SS3 components work together - only the simplicams and video doorbells can work with either.

If interested in SS3, call SS and ask about a great deal on upgrading to SS3 - hopefully they will give you a sizeable discount.
