Sensor trigger no longer beeping - system will not turn off
Recently we have triggered a sensor and there were no warning beeps before alarm sounded. Then when I tried to turn off alarm at keypad with code, it stopped the alarm, but keypad still said "alarm on." After about 4 more attempts with the code, it finally read "alarm off."

The first thing you'll want to check here is to make sure that the sensor is not set to instant trigger. This setting can be found on the app by going to the three-bar menu, My System > Device Settings > Choose Your Sensor > then make sure that Instant Trigger is off. If you go back to General Settings, you can change the Entry and Exit Delays for Home and Away mode.

No, its not set to Instant Trigger. I later got a message that keypad was out of range. And that was after new batteries. Keypad has been in same location for years. Nothing changed.
