Keychain Remote Compatibility for Mac OS Mojave

Received 2 replacement keychain remotes. No setup wizard for Mac OS 10.14.5 (Mohave). Is this true?

BTW, although both keychain remotes will sync when plugged in to the base station, none of the buttons work. DOA as replacements.

Call SS and ask for them to send you a download for the Mac.  While you're on the phone with them, tell them you've been sent two keychain remotes and the buttons aren't working (remember, though, you do have to add them to your system, as you did your other sensors) - if they need replaced, ask why two of them thus far haven't worked properly.
