@brandonwwinstead Unfortunately, there is no backwards compatibility with any of the SS3 components with SS2. Cameras work fine separately. Full encryption, OTA updates etc is only possible with completely new equipment.
Just like the SimpliCam, the Video Doorbell Pro can be used even without a system. Because of that, both cameras can also be used with either the Original SimpliSafe or the All-New SimpliSafe!
